What documents can I scan?
Paper invoices and invoice documents, using the iPhone camera and the native document scanning flow.
What fields can I review and edit?
You can edit vendor, invoice number, invoice date, total gross, total net, VAT amount, and currency. Parsed line items are shown when available.
Can I search and filter together?
Yes. You can search saved invoices and combine that search with date presets or a custom range.
Can I export CSV?
Yes. The app exports invoices to CSV and shares the file through the native iOS share sheet.
Where are invoice data and original document files stored?
Invoice data is stored in your Invoistr account. Original document files can be uploaded and stored securely on the backend as part of the invoice record. You can view original documents from invoice detail, export invoice data to CSV, and export scans to Google Drive when you choose that flow.
How does extraction work, and what languages are supported?
The app scans the document, runs OCR, extracts the invoice fields, and opens them for review before saving. OCR currently supports English, German, and Slovak.
